"Last" Day of Pre-Reg 21 March 2009

and finally, we come to the last last day of pre-reg. from the day we stepped into SGH on 16 June 2009, all of us are finally graduating! (except for 3 of us, who have the extension) but i guess it's still the end of the work and assignments we have to do. =)

and VERY happy because it's the last day of DI!

alright. DI = Drug Infomation. where we just sit down at a table and answer phone calls that any healthcare professional within the outram campus can call. regarding all kinds of questions ranging from availability of medications to administration to safety in pregnancy etc. too many categories to cover.

and knowing me, i am a restless person that can't sit still at a desk bound job. moreover, this was a rotation that required high expectations plus tedious presentations. so i am really happy to get it over and done with.

and most importantly, i survived DI! survived=passed. which i thought i wouldnt initially, after hearing all the stories about it.

kudos to having Shu Hui around during DI. or else i think i might juz ko. or have a boring time.

Shyam and her two students, Shu Hui and me! we were super terrified that she was going to take us for one week (where the other pre-regs didn't have her at all) since aiwen was going to be on leave. and turns out she isn't that bad. even acted cute with us. bleah. =P

my preceptor, Bou Lee and me! she's a very nice pharmacist who seems to have endless numbers of dresses and willing to entertain my nonsense. =)

self-shot time. wey ling, bou lee, shu hui and me. 2 pharmacists that i followed during my ID rotation. source of inspiration as well. i m glad i took that elective actually. really overcame my fear of antibiotics and my knowledge is up a notch.

wendall and me, at the lockers. he always likes to nudge us. yeah those are our lockers and they are green! heh. you see that some pharmacists actually pasted winnie the pooh stickers on their lockers.

and since it was our last day, we HAD to go somewhere to celebrate, so the whole group of us went to Pasta de Waraku @ Central to have lunch!

though it was quite sian that they didnt have a table large enuff so we had to split...

people at my table and our scrumptious food! we were all hungry by the time we reached since we kinda ended work late as well.. too many discharges to clear. each of us were supposed to take one nice plus one ugly pic with the food but obviously, have to put the nice ones up right.

happy and satisfied with our food! happy that sook lee could make it as well, since she was alr teaching by then.

we also ordered desserts! the rest ordered yummy ice choc cake, ice raspberry cake and e 3 of us ordered banana split sundae and fruit sundae to share.. yummy!

sarah, shu hui and me. seems that sarah and i are always colour-coordinated. =)

and some of us then proceeded to jinyi's house to play wii!

2nd time playing, and it was more fun playin with more ppl.

raving rabbits! though i dont see the pt in e shooting game. haha.

so when 2 of them played, i went to explore the scenery at her house and spotted a rainbow!

and not only a rainbow, but a very nice orange sunset, which made the buildings and the city area look super pretty! i guess you never knew the singapore sky could look so nice... juz nice the street lights were lit up. sweet.
