went on a drinking spree last weekend.

just felt like it.

2 days in a row.

2 different groups of people.

2 different new experiences.

2 different endings.

i) Timbre 2 @ Boat Quay

did project at MRO at SGH until damn late, and urge for drinking comes. and so Shu Hui and I decided to go for a last-min outing to Timbre 2!

we got so excited tt she tried to get e others to go out and i went to check online who's playing.
but turned out that nobody could make it, except us.

heck. we still went.

my 1st experience at Timbre 2. her 1st experience listening to E.I.C live.

i am glad i went.

pretty sights of Singapore Boat Quay at night. feels more and more like Darling Harbour @ Sydney and a good place to hang out at night, when I just feel like having a walk down the river. taking in the sights. absorbed in my own thoughts.

my tutte (ice blended kahlua with strawberry and something else) and her erdinger. the erdinger tasted really not bad. havent had tt for a long time. okay. i only had sips. haha.

shu hui's earl champagne. whatever it's called. i forgot. but it tasted really really good. too bad the kitchen was already left with pizzas by the time we reached. so we just had to risk drinking on a little empty stomach.

i love the green lights and the trees at the back. =)

in the middle of the cbd and Singapore River. feels like i am a tourist.

this picture of Elgin Bridge is really pretty with the reflections!. i was crazy to enough to sit on the railing along the pavement. luckily i wasn't drunk. will just fall inside the Singapore River lo.

ii) La Baroque @ Chijmes

yeah. finally got a chance to drink at one of the pubs in Chijmes!

went with Xintian, Hong Keat and the rest of the chem engine guys, who just finished their exams.

another new experience.

not forgetting an additional experience of watching a soccer match live with other ppl, with big screens. Man U vs Man City. the atmostphere was really quite good. though the commentary cant b heard, coz the music was quite loud, but the music was relatively good. and we could still understand the match without the commentary.

the lights at Chijmes with one of the huge football screens. there were like 4 in that whole area.

turns out we were wearing similar colours. qing lu zhuang! haha. looking from my red face, i guess i was drunk by then.

the match was okay, though i would have preferred to catch arsenal vs chelsea but couldn't since there was work the next day (Monday). ya i went to drink on a Sunday night!

and consequences were bad.

the experience was quite scary, other than being intolerable.

turning into this huge alcoholic. alcohol does help at times.
