long weekend.
good to spend time with people. good to do work without feeling any pressure.
good to sleep in. good to let just dream into nowhere.
good when you have the car and can go anywhere you want.
i) Bakerzinn on Friday night
supposed to go ktv but due to some last minute changes, we changed it to dinner instead. its a pity coz havent had ktv for so damn long!
had a rojak group of ppl but it was quite a good catching up session. PRU people, sec school people, jc people, people taking the same module.
and i finally tried the toffee nut latte. haha. at least for this year.
Hong Keat and Xintian, the only couple.
ii) PSS session @ CGH
ya CGH. damn far. supposed to be the nearest hospital from my house (from the map). but to get there, i have to do the following:
walk to a bus stop not directly downstairs, take a bus, take a train, walk to cgh.
thankfully i only had to do that once. since my dad fetched in the morning.
so usually, there's nothing to take photos of. but there was this huge pond in the garden, with huge fish. really huge.
iii) dinner @ Bugis
supposed to have my healthy walk at Southern Ridges, but due to bad weather, had to change it to dinner instead. which was kinda disappointing. but no choice. monsoon season.
shall shift it to next year!
but i seriously need some healthy regime. work all day is really unhealthy.
tried a new Hk cafe at Bugis, that made me want to go Hongkong! hopefully can go next year.
then drove off to Changi Coast Road with Xintian. had a good time looking at planes and talking in that cool wind. havent been there at night in such a long time.
wish i was flying off on a jet plane.
iv) Bottle Tree Village on Sunday
decided to go to another ulu place with the car. ya had the car during the LONG weekend!
so went to Bottle Tree Village @ Sembawang with xinyan.
nostalgic place because its basically the same place we went to for kayakin during YLTC and during OBS Camp. just that they added some greenery, and eating tables for the restaurant. she even remembered where they kept the kayaks. i remembered the toilet! haha.

bottle tree village. basically there's prawn fishing, fish spa, and seafood restaurants there. think the food should b quite good, looking at the menu and the crowd that went there, despite its ulu location.
nice place to go to if you want some quiet peace. but super inconvenient. the road in there made me feel like i was going to cape otway on great ocean road. that ulu foresty one-lane road.
back to a busy week ahead. =(
i'm so not looking forward to next week.
