kinda glad that the week's over finally.

it has been a busy busy week everywhere - mind. heart. brain.

yesterday was just so damn complicated.

damn unlucky in the morning den damn funny in the afternoon. weird combi.

unlucky part:
i) forgot to bring my medication order form up. had to walk to back to centralised pharmacy
ii) couldn't find the medication keys in BOTH wards. spent like ten to fifteen minutes. waste time.
iii) pen spoilt. had to use red pen!
iv) pda programmes kinda cant be opened, just when i wanted to check maximum dose! sianz
v) brought 10 bags to dispense for discharge patients. came back with 5 bags! seh. everyone either couldn't be discharged or got changes in medicine. seh

even sarah also said i damn suay.

funny part:
neuro session! haha. think it was e session we laughed the most. oops. thanks to the side effects of topiramate.

i am glad we survived the week of neuro session with the thick stack of readings and 3 cases to clerk! just for 2 sessions. seh. not forgetting the other 2 sessions of appraisal/evaluation i had this week. glad it all went well.

next week is going to be a madhouse again!

got to prepare for infectious diseases session PLUS case presentation PLUS annual pharmacy carnival cum christmas celebration. all in one week. faintz
