Jiemei Food Trip on 8th May 2008

decided to rent a car instead of the initial plans of catching a movie and going to a cafe to talk. coz it will be convenient for shan shan who was injured, and we will also be able to go around eating food before each of us go on our graduation trips. and also, all of us can practise driving!

hui ching is really happy here. =) give her a chance to practise before we drive in australia.

1st stop: maxwell food market. ordered lean pork century egg porridge, hand-made tofu, har gao, zhi bao ji, cha shao su, and e nice soft tapioca cake! havent eaten e tapioca cake for ages.

2nd stop: changi village. we ate red tea longan!

then went to Changi Village Hotel to use the toilet. and found the toilet so nice that we couldnt resist taking a photo. hee.

Xintian's turn to drive. duno if she's cheeky or happy.

3rd stop: Siglap. ate the Vietnamese food that we had initially wanted to eat, so we achieved our aim! ordered a bowl of beef pho, vietnamese rice rolls and some fried omelette. the ambience of the viet restaurant was not bad, and the food was quite nice too.

4th stop: Secret Recipe in Siglap

each of us ordered a slice of cake each, even though we were damn full by then. and did the usual roulette! there was chocolate banana, marble cheesecake, oreo cheesecake, and 2 other cheesecakes. oops. forgot the names. its been one month.
