Hilary's Harbour & Scarborough Beach
Hilary's boat harbour. Even though it was so much smaller as compared to the harbours in Sydney and Freemantle, it felt so cosy with the shophouses lining along the harbour. not forgetting the small area of beach and playground for children to play in.
after walking around, decided to have coffee at Dome cafe, one of his favourite coffee places in Perth. ordered cappucino and chai latte. and wedges. the portion was so huge that we had to da bao half the wedges back. decided to try this collage to see e effect and it turned out not bad.then, he brought me on this tourist scenic drive on the west coast of Perth before we reached Scarborough Beach.
it was really cold in Scarborough Beach. since it was autumn anyway. and since neither of us brought down our coats, we were freezing. but we still stayed to catch the sunset!
had dinner with his friends, before going to Baskin Robbins for ice-cream in the cold weather! it was quite nice, but a bit too sweet. caramel white chocolate. yummy.
since the next day was a weekday, went with him to school just like I did in the first week I was in Perth. crashed his lectures.
UWA's buildings are really a little old, but they have a state of beauty around them, especially with the lawns and the trees turning orange. managed to spot this auditiorium called Dolphin Theatre and couldnt resist taking a pic. hee
