Genting & KL trip with PRU peeps - 3rd to 7th January 2008

Genting from 3rd to 5th January 2008

1st group pic on the coach. took Konsortium 22-seater coach. the seats were damn shiok.

got a free upgrade to a 18-seater. and each of us have our own entertainment system! which i din utilise much except for one movie, since nv sleep much the previous night.

1st jiemei pic. everybody looks happy!

1st meal in Malaysia. huge pot of bak kut teh. more of shao rou bak kut teh. there were more shao rou then bak kut

since we din wan to go to the casino so early, decided to go bowling!

then pool!

the lovers bridge in the middle of the Venice river. it looks quite real

we were so high that we were literally on top of e clouds! woohoo

unintentional gap btw us. but i think huiching is thin enough to fit in it. huiching where ar u!

wanted to jump up to take a pic but it was so muddy there tt we decided against it. decided to just take a normal pic

the adventurous guys went on top of this huge tower that held the wires of the cable car up from KL to Genting. it looks scary

i love this shot. with the clouds on the right and the beautiful sunset.

its theme park time! the first warm up ride. roller coaster. apparently its the first roller coaster in Malaysia. woohoo

while queuing for the ride. luckily the crowd hasnt come in yet. so need not queue for so long

yup its the Suicide ride! happy faces on the guys while going upwards. these 3 were so mad that they went on the ride 3 times!

phew. survived the ride. but the view at the top was really nice where you can see the views of the greenery and clouds. shiok. was more scared of the 2nd and 3rd ups and downs more than the 1st plunge. i m weird.

survivors of Suicide!

while ming yi xintian and me went to play go-kart, the others queued for Screwdriver, another roller coaster. Lianghan looks damn ecstatic here!

Viking! my most hated ride. i prefer Suicide! Lianghan can still escape the camera even on the ride. best!

decided to take a break from all the thrill rides and ventured into the horror house ride. its a funny sight seeing two guys being squeezed into the small car


managed to pull the guys up onto the carousel. its always fun sitting on this ride no matter how old we are.

back to childhood days!


4 of them went on the ride that goes around rapidly in circles. gave this ride a miss. scared of puking. haha

the girls went on the ferris wheel, while the other 3 guys went up on Suicide again. mingyi was nowhere to be found. haha

took this new rollercoaster ride that had us lying down with our chins on the seats rather than sitting. and they had 360 degree turns in the middle of the ride. quite cool. if u ignore the part where its unhygienic coz many ppl muz have laid their chins on the seat

xintian and shan shan had their lovely romantic boat ride while we were on the roller coaster. haha

i love hanging bridges! esp those in the middle of nature. =)

its always hard trying to get lianghan to take a pic. see this pic properly if u dont know what i mean. haha

spread of food we had for dinner. the tonic soup was not bad.

pretty pretty lights in the indoor theme park

decided to go for a walk with no destination in mind. and ended up outside. the winds were damn strong and it was super cold. another adventure by itself. i love this kinda lamps, especially with the misty feel bout it. haha
