okie. i think ERPs are getting a bit dumb.
dont see the point in putting a ERP gantry in toa payoh. its a residential area! not even CBD though i dont deny its quite near to the CBD if u travel via CTE, but thats beside the point.
was travelling on CTE at 9.28pm. happily driving, even though it was raining and traffic was slow. and what do i see? ERP Gantry on CTE (SLE) from 5.30pm to 10.30pm. on weekdays! i thought it was only 6-8pm, now they extended to this timing. best. the jam still stays there no matter how long it is lo.
so is e message: stay out late. dont come back before 10.30pm?
