V Bash 2007
went for V Bash last sat.
it was once again a SOLDOUT bash.. three cheers to PRU!
it was fun visiting a new place, St. James Power Station, which was famous for having 9 clubs under one roof. didnt go to dragonfly, which was a pity, as i think it was the 2nd biggest club there. the queue was super long and even if we queued, junhao and daniu cant go in coz they havent reached 23. heard a canto pop band was playing there according to siyong.. had the bash at the main place, the powerhouse; then went to walk around.. went to the lobby which was the tigerlive place.. a pub with tiger beer's history..den movida, a pub with nice background decorations and a nice pub counter.. then the peppermint outdoor park, which is an outdoor pub that had swings for seats and cushions under sheltered place (abit jap).. den the gallery bar which overlooks all the clubs.. and has nice seats for u to chill in, but guys below 23 cant go in.
good news for ppl who like to drink! ladies night on wed frm 9pm onwards.. free entry to all clubs.. and 5 complimentary drinks! woah
not forgetting the fun at the bash, meeting people tt u noe.. old ppl like kelvin tang, sin chang, ee yong.. my batch ppl like junxing, janus, kelvin, siyong.. yr 2s like ghim, shawn, felix, wenyong, mingyi, vianne, david... yr 1s like e ulalaa freshmen.. even celebrated runyan's bdae at the bash..quite cool.. programmes were not bad even though i missed a bit.. there was bartop dancing and break dance, not forgetting the lucky draw with fantastic prizes. too bad nv win any though..
nv really danced much coz went to explore the clubs with steph, daniu, junhao, janus and jocelyn, den went to have supper with the rest of the pru ppl at the station kitchen there, which was a fusion of 3 restaurants : ding tai fung, some prata shop and some charcoal grill shop.. but it was quite ex.
thanks da jie for accompanying me there.. or else i would b a poor lonely girl..
den went to stay overnite at daniu's hse coz he drove (ya! he got his car... so shiok!!!) and played mj. haha. lost though. slept abit before gg to shan shan's hse on sun to visit her after her op. bought lotsa fruits, which my family seldom buys if we go visiting coz we usually buy the standard like apples, oranges, pears etc.. but we bought bananas, grapes, watermelon and strawberries! had a nice chit chat at her place b4 gg home..
