went for this kayaking event yesterday that is organised by the canoe sub-club which is called Explore the Quay..

actually, if junhao, daniu or jedi werent in tt club, i don't think i would ever go for any events organised by that club but as it goes, i went with huiching for the event.

it was a nice leisurely kayaking event from kallang to marina bay.. good enough for me, cause i had the feel of kayaking again! it made me miss the oac days, where we kayaked during yltc, 9-day obs and during the different kayaking courses where we went together! it made me miss kayaking and sailing too.. maybe i should go and sign up for another water-based activity..hee

the view along marina bay was also v nice! especially the skyline of the central business district and the area surrounding boat quay such as the supreme court and the hotels along esplanade.. woah! you cant see that kind of view from marina bay itself, unless you are on the ecp, but even if u r on e ecp, the view is too near to see how cool it is!

spent Sunday slacking and doing my lab report, where I then met hua and jielin for dinner b4 going to the airport to send yimin off! everybody's flying off!! boohoo.. well she's going to uk for exchange when xintian is coming back frm uk tmr.. haha. but they r both lucky pigs, cause they have friends going along with them..
