christmas
had quite a wonderful christmas this year..
went on christmas eve with jc ppl like hua, daniu, junhao and yimin to orchard where we had a ala carte dinner at wisma food court and had a sumptious spread before going to see christmas lights. think god was looking after us, cause once we stepped out, it stopped raining and we could go around taking photos.. and when we were near the roads once, there was suddenly this christmas float parade and we had the best view to take photos.. nice!
also experienced the 30 second road thing at paragon junction, where they stopped all the traffic lights for cars and allowed passengers to cross the road in any direction, and allowed us to take photos on the road. wow. when can you experience that again man. supposedly had lights shining on the road, but maybe we were too excited until we did not see the lights.. haha.. when the traffic lights first stopped, think everybody was stunned and wasted a bit of time. lol
went to catch night in the museum on christmas itself after having dinner . it was a nice show!! shant not say anything, except.. i love the part "dumb dumb, i want my gum gum!" and another part where ben stiller was speaking rubbish. the whole cinema was laughing la. catch the movie!! its good!
went for my 1st hosting yesterday after being 2 years in PRU. i was the only year 3 among the group of year 1s, but i think they were pretty nice. did not interact much with the thai students due to lack of time, which is a pity. but took some photographs here and there. and they gave us nice nice souvenirs! so nice! too bad couldnt get to know them further, and ask tips from them on nice places to go in thailand coz i m gg in jan! yea.. 1 more wk to go b4 bangkok! lalala
den caught up with primary school friends and went new york new york to eat... think the food was not bad, and had a good time sitting on the sofa seats there talking to one another. the wallpaper in the restaurant made me feel like gg new york. woah. and my p sch fren oso encouraged me to go there coz he's studying there as well and he says its fun! mmm.. he told me something amazing! there's this singaporean female senior in his university who finished DOUBLE MASTERS within 2 and a half yearS! woah. can u imagine. masters and not degree. i finish one degree also 4 years. she's like a genius man. and she's not those kind that studies all e time. she goes to parties too..
talking about parties, my fren oso told me about the house parties there.. its like they have this big barrel of alcohol upstairs and runs it down to downstairs using a tube. big barrel! wow. and if u are shuai, apparently u can get many girls getting your number within one night. sounds damn cool. think shan shan and huiching would b interested in tt big barrel of alcohol.. haha
have to start thinking real hard about my modules and exchange. sigh
